
I know the trip is not paid with real-life money. As far as I can tell, the very best tiers of gear seem to be bought with Game Cash rather then Baitcoins, as well. There are two DLC's that give you a bit of a head start on gear, but most of it isn't that great and you will out level it before to long (the heaviest Bait Caster is really nice, though, and the Keepnets too, although they are expensive as all get out to keep repaired). I got about 600 in a couple of hours in Michigan and I'm terrible at farming them. It's a bit trickier to do, but you can find guides to farm them very, very effectively.

In this game, Bait Coins are earned through in game things exclusively. You will quickly earn hundreds of thousands of In Game Cash just playing.
